Our Story

We are a venetian family who started this adventure in September 2018.                                             

Ca' Zulian is a historic Palace located in the centre of Venice.

An exclusive Grand Canal position with breath-taking views will remain in your mind forever.

Ca' Zulian Palace is our luxury place. A lovely saloon, with paintings, chandeliers, furnitures of the sixteenth century and a beautiful piano will bring you back in time. You will stay in one of the biggest private terraces in Venice, overlooking the Grand Canal.

Ca' Zulian Maison is our superior place. Perfect for families. It overlooks the Grand Canal through three big windows and sills. Our guests will stay in a beautiful saloon of the 16th century with paintings, furnitures and Murano glass chandeliers. A fully equipped kitchen will accompany your stay.
