Ca' Zulian Maison is a historic flat situated in the centre of Venice. Our guests will stay in a beautiful saloon of the 16th century with paintings, furnitures and Murano glass chandeliers. The area is very close to the railway station and to San Marcuola Casinò boat stop.The flat is in 'Strada Nuova', a famous street full of restaurants and shops.Rialto Bridge is only 10 minutes walk, and San Marco square is 15 minutes walk.

The apartment overlooks the Grand Canal through three big windows and sills.                                                                                                                             The palace has a beautiful Venetian courtyard.

A unique feature of the place, is the incredible quietness that you can feel during night and the sound of the boats passing in day time.
The guests can arrive as well as from the main door, also directly from a private pier on the Grand Canal by taxi or private boat. Our guests will stay in a beautiful saloon with paintings and furnitures of the 16th century, on a venetian marble floor. The flat has a library, a full equipped kitchen including all accessories, two bathrooms with all facilities (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and two bedrooms (one facing the Grand Canal and the other one facing the private courtyard.)

The guest will have access to all areas of the apartment. The flat has an exclusive entrance.
