Beside the view from the terrace and the venetian style of the saloon, the apartment has a cozy bedroom and an elegant bathroom with all facilities. There is an additional living area with a breakfast corner and a little library. A unique feature of the place, is the incredible quietness that you can feel during the night and the sound of the boats passing in day time.

The flat has a double access: from the Main Street and directly from the Grand Canal with a private pier where Taxi's or private boats can land.
